Rental rates are the same throughout the year.

There is a minimum price of 1,386 Euro per week (the price for a group of 6).  This price increases by 231 Euro per person per week if the group exeeds 6 guests.  Less than 6 guests may rent the house but the minimum price applies.

The price includes gas, electricity, provision of linen and final cleaning of house.

Payments are made by bank transfer in Euros.

A non-refundable deposit of one third of the total rent is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is required six weeks before arrival.
